ARTICLE I - NAME

The name of the organization shall be Alliance For Limited Government, Inc., otherwise known as A.L.G.

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

This entity is organized exclusively for the promotion and preservation of constitutional liberties, while opposing government expansion, judicial activism, and other non-constitutional programs and /or propaganda aimed a abridging these freedoms.

ARTICLE III - STATEMENT OF POSITION

We believe the U.S. Constitution, as amended in 1789, is still the true law of the land. Said Constitution sets forth a greatly restricted Federal government and enumerates and guarantees to its citizens all the precious freedoms won by the Founding Fathers at a very dear PRICE! Any court rulings to the contrary and all of the attacks by socialist, liberals, and proponents of one-world government notwithstanding, ALL of the freedoms affirmed in the Bill of Rights are STILL OURS!
We are especially concerned about on-going infringement upon America's Christian heritage, personal property rights, and the right to keep and bear arms. Moreover, we strongly oppose present immigration policies, the growth of multiculturalism, the unbridled expansion of government power, judicial activism (rewriting the Constitution from the courthouse), and the surrender of any portion of U.S. Sovereignty.

ARTICLE IV - MEANS

1. Educate and inform citizens on issues affecting any of the freedoms guaranteed and enumerated by our constitution(s).
2. Hold elected officials accountable to abide by both our state and federal constitutions in performing their duties of office, and in developing any new legislation.
