ALG (Alliance for Limited Government) is
organized exclusively for the promotion and preservation of constitutional liberties, while opposing government expansion, judicial activism, and other non-constitutional programs and/or propaganda aimed at abridging these freedoms.

News:

    1) The 2010 General Election will be held on November 2. To find out more about the races included in this election and when the deadlines are for registering to vote or applying for an absentee ballot, please visit our General Election page.

    2) At our State House District 5 legislator forum on May 3rd, we asked the candidates who attended to sign a 10th Amendment pledge. Don Hudleston (R) and Mayor Dan Williams (R) did so. To see the signatures, visit our elections page.


Meetings:

    ALG is a North Alabama organization dedicated to limiting government interference in people's lives. We have frequent meetings about such issues as illegal immigration, the NAU, and the AL constitutional rewrite.
