Yearly Property Reappraisals - Summary

The newly implemented 'yearly' property tax appraisal system has been costly to all property owners. We all expect property values to rise a bit as time passes, but with the yearly reappraisal system we have seen property value estimates leap 25% to 90% higher. These huge increases in taxes on private property put our ownership rights in jeopardy. When will we no longer be able to pay the taxes and be forced out of private property ownership?
